We are a platform to help you connect to the brand’s customer care directly.


Do you review and resolve my complaints?

No, we do not review any complaints. The complaint is forwarded directly to the brand or business.


Do you guarantee resolution of my complaint?

Custom3r is a platform to connect customers to brands. We do not guarantee or take responsibility for resolution of complaints.


How long will it take to resolve my complaint?

Each brand on our platform defines their own SLA (Service Level Agreement) for replying to customer complaints. In case a complaint crosses a certain time limit, Custom3r sends out an alert to the brand’s customer care management with your Ticket details.


Why should I add my purchase information to my account?

Click a Picture and safely store important Purchase Information like Registration or Serial Numbers, Invoices, Warranties & Insurance copies.


What does Book an Appointment do?

You can Book an Appointment at your nearest Service Provider. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as they confirm your appointment.
